Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, contact us at awreplics@aol.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made items (including personalized or made-to-order props)
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Personal care products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The product must be unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
