Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Larger or customized items may require additional time, and we will notify you if delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within Germany, the EU, and select international regions including the US and Canada. Delivery times vary by location:

• Germany: 2-5 business days

• EU Countries: 5-10 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AW Replics is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us at awreplics@aol.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery) and include your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup
Currently, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped via our carrier partners.
